COCKTAILS FOR THE CHILLY SEASON

Winter brings a change in cocktail flavors when the temperatures drop. From hot toddy’s made with barrel rested rum to cheery pomegranate gin cocktails, End of Days Distillery and their master mixologists have created four cocktails with a wintery twist.


 

Hot Chocolate

2 oz Castaway Series Barrel Rested Rum

.50 oz Cinnamon simple syrup

Hot chocolate ready-made.

Add rum and cinnamon simple syrup to your mug then top with hot chocolate to

warm it up and stir. Garnish with whipped cream & grated cinnamon.



Cranberry Paloma

 1.5 oz Castillo 1815

.50 oz Cranberry Juice

.50 oz Lime Juice

.50 oz Agave Nectar

Top with grapefruit soda

Add ice to your glass and build the cocktail in the glass by adding each ingredient. Finish by topping with grapefruit soda and then stir.



Winter Restoration

2 oz Port of Entry Gin

.75 oz Tonic Syrup

.75 oz Pomegranate Juice

.50 oz Lime Juice

Top with Soda Water

Add ice to your glass and build the cocktail in the glass by adding each ingredient. Top with soda water and then stir. Garnish with pomegranate Seeds, lime wheel, and a rosemary sprig.



Cranberry Castle Mojito

4-5 Mint Leaves

Bar spoonful of Cranberry Jam

2 oz Port of Entry Rum.75 oz Cinnamon Simple.50 oz Lime Juice

Muddle mint leaves and cranberry jam in a highball glass, add ice and build the rest of your cocktail by adding each ingredient. Top with soda water and then stir. Garnish with mint sprig, cranberries, and a cinnamon stick.
