Simply mix one of our signature fizzy cocktails and serve alongside a selection of perfectly paired nibbles from dark chocolate to Turkish figs, and "voila!" You’re all set to impress.

Pomegranate Kiss 3 oz Chandon Brut 1 oz Belvedere vodka ¾ oz Lemon juice ½ oz Simple syrup ¾ oz Pomegranate juice Pomegranate pearls and a rosemary sprig Shake all ingredients in a shaker tin except Chandon. Strain into glassware with ice and top with Chandon. Slowly stir in the glass. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and a rosemary sprig.

Queen of Hearts 2 oz Chandon Rosé 1/2 oz Jasmine Tea 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup 1/2 oz Lime Juice 2 Raspberries Muddle raspberries and add all ingredients but Chandon to a shaker. Shake, and then strain into a coupe glass. Top with Chandon Rosé and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Clicquot Rich Rosé + Guava

3 - 4 guava slices

5 cubes of ice (or plastic ice cubes, if preferred)

4 - 5 oz Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé

Place ice cubes in Clicquot Rich glassware. Add guava slices. Pour Clicquot Rich Rosé over ice and ingredients.

3 lemon twists

3 - 4 thyme sprigs

5 cubes of ice (or plastic ice cubes, if preferred)

4 - 5 oz Veuve Clicquot Rich


Place ice cubes in Clicquot Rich glassware. Add lemon peels and thyme sprigs. Pour Clicquot Rich over ice and ingredients.

3 parts G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon

1 part Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato

1 part Watermelon Syrup

.75 part fresh lemon juice


Measure all ingredients except G.H. Mumm into a shaking tin. Add ice and shake briefly and vigorously. Strain into a cold footed-pilsner glass with Kold Draft ice. Top with G.H. Mumm and garnish with a mint bouquet.

2.5 parts Mumm Napa Brut Rosé (@mummnapa)

1.5 parts Pink Gin

1.5 parts Pink Grapefruit Juice

1 part Raspberry Rosewater Syrup (recipe below)

1.5 part Raspberry Seltzer


Pour raspberry rose water syrup into the bottle of your glass. Fill glass with large chunks of crushed clear ice. Separately, combine pink gin and grapefruit juice in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill, then add pre-chilled raspberry (or plain) seltzer. Gently pour into your glass to layer on top of the syrup. Top off with Mumm Napa Brut Rosé. Garnish with a grapefruit slice, fresh raspberries, and some blossoms.


How to make Raspberry Rosewater Syrup


Ingredients:

1 cup Fresh Raspberries

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Water

2 oz Rosewater


Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Over medium heat, stir to dissolve sugar, and then simmer for about 15 minutes. Fine strain, pressing berry pulp gently with a spoon to extract juices. Cool, bottle, and refrigerate. It will keep for about 2 weeks.
